Summary

The Beauty Sales Associate cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while using digital tools and in-store technology. This onsite role supports clients in-person and digitally, reports to the Sales Manager, and focuses on achieving individual sales and conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Utilize digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Execute omni-channel selling using fleetwide inventory and remote selling techniques
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment with colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience with digital selling tools and store technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
