Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer beauty goals
- Engage customers in person and digitally to set and achieve sales goals
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use selling tools including text and social media to grow customer following and sales
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while building customer loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
