Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products from on trend and luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Keep current with beauty trends and brand training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent reaching and bending
