Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products suited to customers' goals.
• Build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and use digital selling tools to support sales.
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and support customer loyalty programs.
