Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales for luxury beauty brands. Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming department, book appointments, and support beauty events and services. Maintain product and industry knowledge through training and use selling tools to build customer relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and services from on trend and luxury beauty brands
• Drive sales through in-store interactions and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and promote in-store Beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings to stay current on products and industry trends

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
