Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury retail environment by conducting makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommending products to meet customer beauty goals. Drive sales both in-store and digitally while maintaining a welcoming and organized department and collaborating with brand partners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products based on individual beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer-ready
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Build customer loyalty by opening new rewards accounts
