Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for luxury beauty brands
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build a customer following
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer connection and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort with continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
