Summary

Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide style and fit advice with honest and confident guidance
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
- Follow a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
