Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on delivering personalized styling and service for beauty and core brands while achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels. The position involves building customer relationships, using technology and social tools to drive sales, and supporting departmental operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies with business needs and occasional work in other departments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide style and fit advice with honest and confident guidance
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
• Follow a flexible schedule based on business needs

• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting
