Maintain a welcoming, organized beauty department and use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build loyalty and open new rewards accounts
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Use text and social media to network and sell to customers
