Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences by understanding customers’ needs and recommending products from luxury beauty brands. Build customer loyalty and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customers’ goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
