Summary

Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences by conducting makeup applications and skincare consultations, building customer relationships in-store and digitally, and supporting beauty events and services. Drive sales through appointment booking, digital selling, and use of selling tools while maintaining a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products and create personalized beauty routines
• Engage customers to set and achieve sales goals in-store and digitally
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to network and sell products
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Adapt to perform duties in different departments as needed
