Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving sales for on trend and luxury beauty brands. Build customer relationships in-store and digitally, support department readiness, and participate in beauty events and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and via digital channels
- Set and achieve sales goals and utilize selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
