Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customers' beauty goals.
• Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and maintain knowledge of beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage customer loyalty program enrollment.
