Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Organize and maintain departmental cleanliness and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends through training
