Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build customer following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Organize and maintain departmental cleanliness and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
• Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends through training
