Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and sales of luxury beauty brands while building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Maintain department presentation and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and support beauty events and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals and participate in digital selling using text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
