Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department setting through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Build customer relationships and support a welcoming team environment at the Fashion Valley location.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on-trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including texting and social media to engage customers and support sales
- Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns professionally
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform continuous movement and frequent bending and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
