Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to support customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments, support Beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and introduce customers to the Nordstrom Rewards program.
