Salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital beauty sales through excellent service, styling advice, and relationship building while supporting department operations and merchandising. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide honest and confident product and style guidance to customers
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and filling orders
- Open new customer reward accounts to grow relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
- Follow physical demands including frequent bending, lifting, and continuous movement
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organizational skills and follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
