Summary

Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences in the Nordstrom Beauty department by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare consultations, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Maintain product and trend knowledge and contribute to a welcoming team environment while supporting department operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend appropriate products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build lasting customer relationships
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
