Responsibilities

• Conduct skincare analyses and recommend products based on customers' needs and goals.
• Build customer relationships and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage customer loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
