Beauty Sales - Hair and Skincare - Michigan Avenue

As a Beauty Sales Associate specializing in Hair and Skincare at Michigan Avenue, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty Department, creating personalized beauty experiences for customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and maximize sales in on-trend and luxury beauty brands.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
