Beauty Sales - Hillsdale Mall

As a Beauty Sales Associate at Hillsdale Mall, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty community, creating personalized beauty experiences for customers and contributing to a passionate team. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and maximizing sales in on-trend and luxury beauty brands.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
