Beauty Sales team members create personalized beauty experiences and help customers find products suited to their makeup and skincare needs. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and achieving in-store and digital sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customers' goals.
• Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments, support beauty events, and maintain a welcoming, organized department.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage customer loyalty through rewards accounts.
• Stay current on beauty products and trends through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
