Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations in a luxury department setting, delivering makeup applications, skincare analyses, and exceptional customer service. Drive in-store and digital sales while building a loyal customer following and supporting department presentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales and book appointments and beauty events
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and customer-ready department
• Manage transactions including sales, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer accounts to build loyalty

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills and interest in using technology for selling
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift items up to 25 pounds
