Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend and sell ontrend and luxury beauty products
• Use digital tools including text and social media to drive sales and build a customer following
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
• Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks
• Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform continuous movement and physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
