Beauty Sales - International Plaza

As a Beauty Sales associate at Nordstrom International Plaza, you will create personalized beauty experiences for customers and be part of a passionate team in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. You will engage customers to understand their needs and maximize sales in on-trend and luxury beauty brands.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
