Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive customer experience
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds exchanges and reward program enrollment
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer connection skills with ability to handle customer concerns empathetically
- Excellent multitasking organization and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology use
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
