Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Build customer loyalty, book appointments, and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Meet in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department while keeping current with beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.

• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
