Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products based on customer beauty goals and trends
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to keep current on products and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
