Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales for luxury beauty brands. Create welcoming customer interactions, book appointments, and support beauty events and services at the store.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and build customer followings both in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
