Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products.
• Meet in-store and digital sales goals, build customer loyalty, and book appointments for beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for extended shifts and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
