Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer needs.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, text, and social media.
• Book appointments and promote sales at in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
