Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences in the Nordstrom Beauty Department, helping customers find products that fit their makeup and skincare goals. Build customer relationships and drive sales for MAC and Bobbi Brown through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals, using selling tools such as text and social media.
• Book appointments, promote beauty events and services, and build customer loyalty.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and help customers enroll in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Maintain an organized, clean, welcoming department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
