Beauty Sales team members create personalized experiences and help customers find products that meet their makeup and skincare goals. The role builds customer relationships and drives sales across in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and keep current on beauty trends and products.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
