Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and upsell ontrend and luxury beauty brands
- Drive sales through in-store and digital channels using text and social media
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer followings
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
