Deliver personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultations and product recommendations for luxury and on trend brands. Engage customers both in store and digitally to build loyalty and meet sales goals while maintaining a clean and welcoming department.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and drive sales for luxury beauty brands
- Use in store and digital tools including text and social media to sell and build customer following
- Book appointments and support in store beauty events and services
- Process sales, refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Keep department organized, clean and customer ready
- Stay current with beauty trends and brand trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect during makeup and skincare services
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and follow through
- Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
