Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments and promote sales for beauty events and services.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
