Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending products from designer beauty brands. Drive sales and build customer relationships through makeup artistry, skincare guidance, and in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and promote sales at in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute positively to a team.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with the drive to achieve sales goals.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
