Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare consultations and product recommendations to build customer relationships and drive sales both in-store and digitally at the Phipps Plaza location.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on-trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers through in-person and digital channels including text and social media
- Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Manage sales transactions, refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
