Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend and sell beauty products to achieve individual and department sales goals
- Engage customers through text and social media to drive digital selling
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain a clean organized customer-ready department

- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
