Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products from on trend and luxury brands
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to support digital selling and grow a customer following
• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings provided by the company and brand partners
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
