Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products.
- Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally.
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media.
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare.
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns sensitively.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology for selling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort handling fine motor tasks and assisting customers with products.
