Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide confident and honest advice on product fit and style
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Participate in performance-based incentive programs and commission structures
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending twisting and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky items and lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
