Part-time sales role focused on men's fragrance within a department store environment. Drive in-store and digital sales through customer engagement, styling advice, and use of texting and social media tools. Maintain department presentation and support cross-department needs as required.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
- Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
- Open new reward program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to work in other departments as business needs require
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with sales focus
- Interest and ability to use technology and networking to meet sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
