Provide personalized beauty experiences in men's fragrances by engaging customers, conducting makeup and skincare consultations, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels at the Fashion Island location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready displays
- Learn and apply product and industry knowledge through trainings with brand partners
- Open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect when providing services to diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
