Provide personalized beauty experiences focused on men's fragrances and luxury beauty brands by engaging customers in-store and digitally, conducting applications and consultations, and driving sales through appointments and events. Maintain department readiness and stay current on trends and product knowledge through training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for in-store and digital channels
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to support digital selling and build customer following
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect while providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and regular lifting up to 25 pounds
