Responsibilities

• Recommend products based on customer needs and beauty goals, and conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses as appropriate.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Book appointments, support department events, and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
