Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products for men's fragrances and beauty
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and demonstrate product usage
- Drive sales through in-store interactions and digital channels including text and social media
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and customer service
- Strong ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns empathetically
- Effective multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capability for continuous movement and physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
