Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a client following
• Provide style and product advice confidently and honestly
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
• Use networking and technology to support sales objectives

Requirements

• Excellent communication and strong people skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with a focus on sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
