Build customer relationships, support Beauty events and maintain an organized customer-ready department in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for luxury beauty brands
• Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build a customer following
• Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Manage sales transactions, refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready

• Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
• Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
